One of the male persons then jumped over the counter and hit her to the head where she fell to the ground unconscious. The other male person then ran inside the house to the back of the kitchen, where 62 year old Maria Guerra the owner of the shop was and demanded money and jewelry. A struggle ensued between Guerra and her attacker where she was stabbed to the right side of her back. She tried to run for her life and at that point she was shot to the right side of her neck.
