Today the Sitting of the House was held in Belmopan where three important Bills went through all their readings. The National Protected Areas System Bills, the Petro Caribe Loans Amendment Bill and the Cruise Ship Passenger Tax and Validation Bill all passed through their third readings. It was expected that the debate, specifically in regards to the amendments to the Petro Caribe Bill, would ignite fireworks in the house but Senator Patrick Andrews stole the show. The PUP Senator was booted out from the House on the orders of the Speaker of the House, Michael Peyrefitte. That expulsion led to the Opposition walking out in protest.  Reporter Hipollito Novelo was there amidst the drama.
