Pat Andrews the new permanent representative of Belize to the Organization of American States as he presented credentials to Secretary General Louis Armagro. Andrews said it was an honor and privilege to serve his country and highlighted the importance of the organization to the region.

Secretary Armagro says that he believes the experience of the new ambassador could be a fundamental contribution to the organization and its future. Joining the Secretary General to welcome the new ambassador was fellow Belizean diplomat and assistance secretary general Nestor Mendez as well as several representatives of OAS member states and staff of the organization.”
