Police are looking to positively identify a body that was found in Spanish Lookout on Tuesday. Police say they went to an area known as the Mennonite Beach area which is about a mile from Ant Trial road that leads to the Belize Old River where they saw the body of a Hispanic male person completely nude with an open wound to the left side of his head in its initial state of decomposition. A blue shirt with two holes and apparent blood stains was also found in the area. The body was buried as a John Doe since Police say although a name was given, there was no positive identification forthcoming.
