Twenty-four year old Coast Guard officer Keyren Tzib, remanded on a charge of manslaughter, was granted bail of ten thousand dollars and two sureties of the same amount by Justice John Gonzalez. Her attorney, Darrell Bradley, told Love News that the bail application was successful because during the previous court session Justice Gonzalez had ordered that the trail proceed quickly. The prosecution file is not ready and it is on that basis that Justice Gonzalez granted bail. The bail was offered on the condition that she surrenders all her travel documents prior to receiving bail, that she reports to Ladyville Police Station every Tuesday and Friday until the matter is disposed of, that she does not have any contact with or interfere with any of the prosecution witness or witnesses and that she report to the magistrate court on each and every adjourned date. The Crown was represented by Crown Counsel Kileru Awich.
