Two Santa Elena residents are accusing CIB Officers of brutalizing them for no reason. Fifteen year old Emmanuel Castellanos and 22 year old Carlos Aragon say that they were picked up CIB officers attached to San Ignacio Police last week Monday, beaten up and released on Thursday.  According to Castellanos, they were being accused of committing a robbery in the town.  With the permission of his guardian, he told Love News what he went through.
