Two persons, 18 year old Trevor Mcfoy, a sixth form student and a 17 year old boy, were charged with three counts of robbery when they appeared today before Magistrate Deborah Rogers. Mcfoy alone was charged with kept firearm and ammunition without a gun license. According to the allegation, on March 23 three male persons, one of them armed with a firearm, entered River Valley Supplies Gas Station at Scotland Half Moon and robbed three men at gunpoint. The police reported that when they arrived at the scene they saw Mcfoy throw a knapsack which when they retrieved it, they saw that it contained one nine millimeter pistol with ammunition.
