Jason “Soup” Williams, a resident of Supal Street who allegedly knocked down Deon Warrior with a car, was charged with aggravated assault when he appeared today before Magistrate Deborah Rogers. Williams pled not guilty to the charge. He was offered a bail of two thousand five hundred dollars and his case was adjourned until May 25. Williams was also charged with grievous harm for allegedly stabbing Warrior. But that charge was withdrawn because there was no medico-legal form to certify the injuries. The incident occurred on March 27.
