Seventeen days ago just before the long Easter weekend, the prices for regular fuel and diesel were increased by sixty two cents and twenty one cents, respectively.  This past Tuesday at midnight, there were changes at the pumps again as regular fuel went up to eight dollars and ninety eight cents, an increase of twenty eight cents which leaves it at just one cent lower than premium fuel.  Premium fuel remains at eight dollars and ninety cents per gallon while consumers of diesel will get some reprieve as the price went down by thirteen cents, putting it at seven dollars and seventy one cents.
