The Conference Room at the Raccoon Street Police Station was the venue for a brief meeting and a brief award ceremony led by the Officer Commanding the Eastern Division South, ACP Chester Williams.   With the recent promotions that took place in the department, ACP Williams found it fitting to meet with his two dozen newly elevated officers to brief them on the way forward as well as on other topics including effective supervision, policy implementation, professionalism and law enforcement.  During the session which took place at about ten thirty this morning, two officers were recognized and awarded for their outstanding performance in apprehending the two men who were disguising themselves as police officers.  Those men were nabbed last week and charged.  The two officers awarded are Corporal Evaristo Cob and Police Constable Abner Magana.
