Earl Lashes Out on Agriculture Causing Millions of Dollars in Losses

The agricultural sector is one that heavy rains and severe weather conditions have always impacted, creating losses in revenue for farmers and the country, on a whole.  Hurricane Earl was no different as the Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Agriculture, Jose Alpuche spoke of millions of dollars in various areas.

 

So far, corn has proven to be the biggest loss in the agricultural sector. Other areas are yet to be surveyed particularly in the west.
