Two Time Deportee Faces Third Deportation from Belize

A removal order has been issued for Salvadoran national, Juan Pablo Lopez Guevara. Authorities say Lopez is a gang leader and has been charged twice before for illegal entry. He was deported twice, the latest instance on September 29. Today Lopez was once again taken to court where he was fined three thousand dollars, in default he will serve three years in prison. A removal order was also issued for him to be deported to El Salvador after the fine is paid or the time is served. According to reports, Lopez, attempted to get into the refugee program to avoid being deported however he did not qualify.
