Minor Stabbed Following Disagreement

A thirty eight year old man is in police custody after being accused of stabbing a teenage boy yesterday. Southside Commanding Officer, ACP Chester Williams told us what investigators believe happened.

CHESTER WILLIAMS

“A 13-year-old was socializing on Dolphin Street in the vicinity of Wesley Upper School when he was accosted by one Winston Stain with whom him and two other minors had a disagreement during which Mr. Stain inflicted the stab wounds to the minor.  The minor was taken to the KHMH where he is currently admitted in a stable condition undergoing treatment.”
