Body of Unidentified Woman Found and Buried in Rural Belize

An unidentified woman believed to be in her thirties was laid to rest in Lord’s Bank Village, Belize District this afternoon.  The woman’s decomposed body was found early this afternoon three miles from the Burrell Boom Bridge down the Belize River.  Her hands were tied behind her back and she was wearing a dark blue blouse and jeans pants at the time of her death.  Her body had the name, MICH tattooed on along with a rose on her right breast.  A post mortem was done on site.
