Referendum Motions Go to the Senate; Opposition Disapproves

The final Senate Sitting took place today in Belmopan.  It got underway just after eleven o’clock as the Senators engaged in a closed door meeting with Foreign Affairs Minister, Wilfred Elrington to get a briefing on the matter as motion was being presented in the Senate regarding the Referendum Act.  Senator responsible for Government Business, Godwin Hulse spoke of the meeting with Minister Elrington and how that connected in today’s sitting.
