A boa constrictor was yanked from a tree in Constitution Park in Belize City today. The discovery was made during lunchtime by a passerby. He along with several other men managed to pull the huge snake from a tree while students and residents of the area were shocked by the discovery. Boa constrictors can grow up to 12 feet in length, making it the largest snake in Belize. They can live for about forty years. They will easily inhabit populated areas where rodents are abundant.
