Police have charged one man following the death of Solomon Ramirez, the victim of a traffic incident on Sunday, January 6 on the George Price Highway. 31-year-old Andrew Mitchell of Belmopan was charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. The incident happened between miles twenty-seven and twenty-eight, involving an SUV driven by Mitchell and a motorbike that Ramirez was driving.  Love News understands that Ramirez’s bike was rear ended by the SUV and resulted in the incident.  Ramirez, who was critically injured, died on Wednesday while receiving treatment
