19-year-old, Everald Sambula  was committed to stand trial in the October session of the Supreme Court for a heist at Premium Wines and Spirit.  Today, Magistrate Emmerson Banner ruled that a prima facie case was established against him at the end of the paper committal.    Prosecutor in the case, Corporal Edgar Poot submitted eleven statements from witnesses and eleven documentary exhibits they intend to rely on in the case against Sambula will have to stand trial for four counts of robbery. Sambula was unrepresented and was asked if he had any alibi witness, but he did not, and was given seven days to furnish the court with a list of names. In September 2018, three men entered the Premium Wines and Spirit and robbed the establishment of over fifty-five thousand dollars in cash and persons were also relieved of their cell phones.
