Facebook Marketplace launched in Belize

1 min read

As of yesterday, Tuesday, January 16, people in Belize will be able to access Facebook Marketplace. This is an application that the social network had launched in 2016 in the United States, and allows the purchase and sale of articles locally through the social platform. Belize is now one of the thirty-seven countries that can now access Facebook Marketplace. To use Marketplace, simply tap on the Marketplace icon. It is easy to find what you’re looking for, just search at the top and filter your results by location, category or price. To sell something, simply take a photo, describe your item, set your price and you are done. Buyers and sellers can easily communicate with each other using Facebook Messenger.
