The family of Omero Campos is now offering a monetary reward to anyone who can assist with information that can lead to his whereabouts. Campos, a businessman, went missing on June 17 after leaving his house to go to his farm in San Narciso Village in the Corozal District. His family received a call hours after they realized he was missing, but police say that since then, there has been no other contact between the family and his supposed kidnappers. Members of the Police Department, and even personnel from the Coast Guard and the Belize Defense Force have combed the northern region in search of Campos but have been unable to find any clues. The family is now circulating a flyer where they offer a reward of fifteen thousand dollars to anyone who can help with “concrete and precise” information that n can lead to Campos’ whereabouts.
