42-year-old, Lincoln Moguel, who was convicted of taking a conveyance without lawful authority and was fined $1,000 two days ago, was back in court today to face a charge of burglary. According to the allegation, on August 3 Moguel entered the home of Margaret Trapp, located on Polonio Street, with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Trapp reported to the police that when she arrived home she saw a man by her house whom she did not know, who followed her inside as she opened the door. She said she became fearful for her life when the man began to close all the windows. She said she called the police after the man sat down. Moguel pled not guilty to the charge. He said the woman invited him into her house. Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser, who arraigned Moguel, asked him if he was mentally challenged and he told her, no. She told him that he will not follow any more women into their houses. She denied him bail and remanded him into custody until October 16.
