Last week Thursday we were showed a video a plane circling a field. At the time the police said it was a crop duster. We didn’t hear anything more about it until today. After removing the cargo, the pilot disappeared at the plane was torched. ASP Alejandro Cowo, the Officer Commanding the CIB said that it was found on Tuesday, south east of Blue Creek in Orange District.

ASP Alejandro Cowo: “On Tuesday the 19th of February at about 1:30 pm Orange Walk Police visited a farm road about 18 km southeast of Blue Creek Community where on that road Police found the burned remains of a single engine aircraft and about a quarter kilometer from there Police found several containers. Some of them containing suspected aviation fuel. At the time of Police arrival no one was in the area and no one has been detained so far.”
