On June 9, Lyndon Murillo, a resident of Mahogany Heights was gunned down in front of a grocery store. The fifty five year old was shot twice; one to the leg and one to the back which exited through his chest. Reports were that a vehicle drove pass Murillo and a gun man opened fire on him. Today, Assistant Commissioner of Police Edward Broaster says that they have one suspect in the case.
“We have one suspect that we are looking at right now we are trying to gather evidence to lay charges on that suspect at this time. He is not detained.”
“In terms of any motive ?”
“I would not want to get into the motive of that one at this time.”
Murillo was well known in his village as a handyman and security guard.
