There was an armed robbery in the Cayo District that saw a grocery store owner not only lose peace of mind but also two thousand five hundred dollars in cash.  Cayo Correspondent, Fem Cruz, has the details.

Fem Cruz- Cayo Correspondent: “There was an armed robbery last night in the village of Valley of Peace where thieves went with over $2000 in cash. Love News understands that sometime around 8 PM Gin Tang the owner of Tom’s Store situated in the center of the village was inside his business establishment when three armed masked men dressed in military uniform entered the business establishment and held him up at gunpoint and stole the cash register containing $2500 in cash. The three bandits made good their escape in a getaway car. This is Brother Fem Cruz, Cayo Correspondent reporting for Love FM.”

The incident was caught on surveillance camera.  Investigations are ongoing.
