The body had a large open fractured skull on the right side of the forehead, scrapes and wounds to her chest with a large piece of brain tissue about five feet away from the body. Initial investigations revealed that at about 4:40pm Genesis Medina, one year and three months old, came out of a home, walked out on the streets without her parents being aware when a gold in color 1993 Mazda pick up fatally knocked her down. One Belizean laborer of Trial Farm have been arrested and charged for manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, failure to stop and render aid, failure to report an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol as well without due care and attention.”
