53-year-old man goes missing; family and police call on public for help

And as police address the matter of missing persons, there is a new report. 53-year-old Benson Butler has been reported missing and police seek the public’s assistance in locating him.

ASP Alejandro Cowo Head of CIB, Belize City: “Mr. Marlon Kissling a Belizean truck driver of 28 West Lake reported that the 2nd of December was the last time that he had seen or had contact with his uncle Benson Jerry Butler 53 years old Belizean of that same address . He knows that Mr. Butler had mentioned to him that he was enroute to Belize City to do some errands and since then they haven’t heard from him. As you recall Mr. Butler was always seen by the Shell Gas Station repairing tires on an old vehicle so we are urging the public that if anybody has any assistance of any information or have seen Mr. Butler to kindly inform us so that we can assist the family with this missing person investigation.”
