Voice of Eyewitness: “Yes I was seated outside on the front of my yard. I was looking out on the highway when I saw the green SUV was trying to overtake another big dump truck that was passing by and there was another dump truck coming on the opposite side so eh basically couldn’t do anything to stop because he was coming on a real high speed too. After that the vehicle just ran into him and went on the side of the road. The driver of the dump truck came out of the vehicle to give help however he wasn’t able to be of any assistance because the lady was trapped inside and it took the police about fifteen minutes to get to the scene but other passersby were the ones that came out to help and they eventually got the lady out in about twenty minutes from the vehicle. She was transported in a police mobile. There was no ambulance and the fire truck came like about thirty minutes later.”
