8867 Belize Peace Project promotes “NO” vote to the ICJ

As Belize moves towards the national referendum in April of next year, a new group has begun its campaign against taking the Belize/Guatemala Territorial and Maritime dispute to the International Court of Justice. They are the 8867 Belize Peace Project and according to President Robert Lopez, they are launching a peace campaign across the country to address the issue.

Lopez, who has been active in politics in the recent past, says his position in this campaign is not politically motivated.
