Accused Burglar Granted Bail in Belize City Magistrate’s Court

A Belize City man accused of burglarizing a woman’s home is out on bail. Josh Nicholas Flowers appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court on Thursday where he was charged with a single count of burglary. Flowers pleaded not guilty and, with no objection from the prosecution, was granted bail in the sum of two thousand dollars plus one surety of the same, which he met. He is due back in Court on November 23. Flowers is accused of breaking into the home of one Joycelyn Flowers and stealing several electronic items to a total value of two thousand, five hundred dollars.
