Accused Child Rapist Sent Back to Prison as Trial Begins

32-year-old, Charles Andrew Martinez was sent back to prison this morning after Justice Ricardo O’Neil Sandcroft revoked his 2019 bail.  Martinez is accused of raping a child who was 9-years-old at the time of the incident.  Reports on the matter says that Martinez dragged the child by her hair and forced her to perform oral sex on him for an estimated five minutes.  Love News understands that the Crown Counsel, Robert Lord, opened and closed his case today.  The defense is expected to open its case on Thursday.  Martinez is being represented by attorneys, Norman Rodriguez and Hubert Elrington.
