Accused Thief Charged Following Property Damage Case

Twenty-seven-year-old Jermaine Wagner was charged with damage to property just last week, but today he was back in court on a charge of theft. Wagner is accused of stealing a four-thousand-dollar motorcycle belonging to Abigail Westby. Despite an objection by the prosecution, he was granted bail in the sum of fifteen hundred dollars plus one surety of the same. However, he was unable to meet his bail and was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until he is able to do so.
