A woman is being accused by her former employer of the crime of theft. 19-year-old, Sydayah Neal was in court yesterday before Senior Magistrate, Aretha Ford where she pleaded not guilty to the charge. Neal, who was represented by Attorney Orson Elrington, worked at Medina’s House of Jewelry where it is alleged that she stole two Cuban linked 14-karat gold chains valued at over three thousand dollars. Neal was granted bail of one thousand five hundred dollars with a surety of the same. She is slated to return to court on January 6, 2022.
