American National Discontent with Poor Service at Vital Stats Unit
The Vital Statistics Unit is often a place where Belizeans go with a sense of dread but with some hope of getting in and out in a quick manner. However, time and time again citizens have been disappointed by the abysmal service they receive. American national, known as Joseph, experienced this yesterday. However, apart from the slow service and lack of communication, Joseph was livid at the fact that he had paid the express fee to get his documents but when he returned in the afternoon, he still had to wait another two hours.
