American Tourist Drowns in Caye Caulker

An American national died in Caye Caulker earlier today.  At around twelve thirty this afternoon, 76-year-old, Steven Mark Kurenitz, was pronounced dead at the Caye Caulker Health Center after he was found floating face-down in the water.  Love News understands that bystanders had rushed to the tourist’s aid, but despite CPR, the man had no pulse.  Kurenitz was on vacation in Belize with his wife, Maryanne.  Police have indicated that they don’t suspect foul play.
