At-Risk Youth to Undergo Three Month Skill Development Course at Tubal

A skills training program to help at-risk youths was launched today. The program is being made possible by the Leadership Intervention Unit in collaboration with the Department of Youth Services and Tubal Trade and Vocational Institute. One hundred young men and women who are chosen for the program will attend Tubal to develop a skill so that they can become productive citizens. Reporter Giovanna Moguel attended the launch and has the following story.
