BDF Gets new Cessna Caravan aircraft

The Belize Defence Force received a brand new Cessna Caravan aircraft into its fleet today. It’s a first-of-its-kind aircraft that was welcomed into the unit. The BDF previously had three in its unit; however, this 7.8 million US dollar Cessna is equipped with a radar system that will assist with detecting drug planes and other illicit aircraft trying to enter the country.  Reporter Giovanna Moguel tells us more about this latest donation from the U.S. Embassy.
