Belize at 43 Theme Competition Launched: Public Invited to Shape Independence Celebrations

The Belize National Celebrations Commission has launched the Belize at 43 theme competition. To set the mood and tone for the upcoming September celebrations, each year NCC holds a nationwide contest to choose a theme for the Independence Day Celebrations. Director of the Institute of Creative Arts, Kim Vasquez encourages the participation of the public. 

Vasquez spoke about upcoming events that the commission has in store leading up to Independence Day. 

Participants can make their submissions by sending an email to the celebrations email address or by dropping it off at the Government House of Culture.
