Belize City Man Reported Missing; Wife Expresses Concerns

Richard Usher, a resident of Belize City, has been reported missing. Usher’s wife, Ruth Usher, last saw him two years ago before she moved to Cancun for medical reasons. She was informed of his disappearance by her nephew. She stated that her last communication with Richard was in March of this year. Usher, who was last rumored to be working in Caye Caulker, did not disclose his specific whereabouts to his family, raising further concerns about his safety. The couple had been living together in Belize City until two years ago when she had to relocate to Mexico for medical assistance. Usher’s wife, spoke to Love News about her concerns over not knowing her husband’s whereabouts.

Ruth Usher, Wife: “The last communication I made with him was in March for my birthday. On the 15th he would call me back on my birthday and from that he hasn’t called me again. None of my family part of my family and his family know about him, nothing. When I came down I went to Belize and checked where he was living at his father’s house and from that he moved from there and he went to a friend’s house. I went to the friend’s house and I asked the friend and the friend said he doesn’t know anything about my husband.”
