Belize City on Edge After Street Figure’s Murder Sparks Retaliation Fears

Tonight, police are gearing up for possible retaliation after a known street figure was killed in Belize City over the weekend. On Sunday night, Orel Brandon Leslie was gunned down as he headed home on the southside of the old capital. Police say Leslie was murdered due to gang affiliations and have detained the gunmen, who allegedly fired a shower of bullets at him. Reporter Vejea Alvarez tells us more.
