Belize Hosts Historic Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police Conference

The 38th annual conference of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police (ACCP) is being held in Belize for the first time.  Police Commissioner Chester Williams launched the idea to the association last December and it was agreed for the more than two dozen fellow commissioners to travel to Belize for the one-week conference.  It is a big deal for Belize as you will hear in this report from Benjamin Flowers.
