Belize Lotteries Commission Boosts MegaBingo Jackpot Amid Boledo Uncertainty

The return of the Boledo is still in limbo after the government nationalized the game, and is now in the process of testing the system.  While the avid gambler awaits the Boledo, the Belize Lotteries Commission has announced that the jackpot for MegaBingo is being increased by fifty thousand dollars.  According to the commission, the decision for the increase was made through its initiative to work with all lottery license holders with an aim to enhance consumer protection and to secure as much benefits as possible for the buyers.  MegaBingo is registered and managed through JD Financials Limited which has agreed to take the base prize from one hundred thousand dollars to one hundred and fifty thousand.  The company has also agreed to increase the weekly prize by four thousand dollars if there is no winner in the given week.  This is an increase of fifteen hundred dollars.  These changes will take effect on September 1.
