In light of his passing, Attorney General Anthony Sylvester said quote “Justice Morrison was the quintessential judge and advocate, beloved by a legion of law students across the Commonwealth Caribbean as well as by young judges who hailed him as a role model. He humanized whichever court he happened to sit on. The region has lost a legal giant,” end of quote.
