Belize Officially Begins Implementation of Landmark Disability Act

A major milestone was marked today for disability rights in Belize.  Government officially launched the implementation of the long-awaited Disability Act – a landmark legislation designed to protect and empower thousands of citizens living with disabilities.  We join Reporter Paul Diaz for this story.
