Belize is preparing to host the upcoming CODICADER games in early July. There will be an influx of over one thousand visitors from six different Central American countries as the Executive Director of the National Sports Council, Ritchel Dominguez told Love News.
The National Sports Council has been busy confirming the logistics and developing a sound plan of the CODICADER itinerary including tours around the country.
Dominguez went on to explain that with Belize hosting all these athletes, we are looking at a budget of about eight hundred thousand dollars. The visitors will not only be focusing on the various disciplines being planned but they will also be taken on tours.
There will be competitions in volleyball, basketball, football and table tennis. The games take place from July 6 through to the twelfth.
