Belize Win Big at Conde Naste Traveler Awards

Belize continues to make its mark on the global tourism scene after it captured multiple awards from the Conde Naste Traveler.  Several resorts in Belize captured as many as eleven rankings out of twenty placements.  Cayo Espanto led with second place, followed by Turneffe Island Resort, Coco Plum Island Resort, Manta Island Resort, Hamanasi Adventure and Dive Resort, Alaia Belize, Laru Beya Resort, Gaia River Lodge, Sirenian Bay Resort, Matachica Resort and Blancaneaux Lodge.  Director of the Belize Tourism Board, Evan Tillett, was on the morning show today where he spoke on how they are looking to keep up with the country’s popularity.

It is also to be noted that Belize captured third place in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards as it relates to the 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 & 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚.
