Belize Youth for Road Safety Advocates for Safer Roads and Responsible Driving

In an attempt to reduce road traffic incidents, Belize Youth for Road Safety (BYRS) under the Second Belize Road Safety Initiative has embarked on several advocacy projects for young drivers countrywide. BYRS comprises of 10 youths who were trained to be peer facilitators. BYRS Vice President, Sylvian Neal spoke about the initiative and projects that the group has undertaken. 

Today, BYRS introduced a new board. According to Communications Officer- Iniki Zuniga, the new board is filled with new ideas for 2024.
