Belmopan Active Youth Reignites Environmental Education with School Tour Program

The Belmopan Active Youth (BAY), a NGO developed in 2012, has reactivated with the planning of a Belmopan school tour to re-establish a relationship between youth and the environment. The two month program will bring an array of topics to the forefront and it will run from October 4 to December 6, 2024. Keith Jones, BAY Representative, spoke to Love News about the importance of education as it pertains to the environment to enhance civic pride.
