Benefit Concert to be held in Belize City for Ailing Musician Sam Hamilton at Bliss Institute

There is a benefit concert in Belize City tonight, for musician Sam Hamilton. Hamilton, who is known for songs such as Bird’s Isle, and covers for the songs Juanita and Molly, has been grappling with ailing health since earlier this year. Other notable Belizean musicians have teamed up to hold the concert at the Bliss Institute for Performing Arts, to help him with his medical expenses. Director of the Institute of Creative Arts, Kim Vasquez says the concert has an all-star line-up and is asking people to come out to support a worthy cause.

Hamilton first started as part of the band of Belizean music Icon Lord Rhaburn, eventually branching off into his own group called The Foreign Exchange Band./
