BFLA Holds Annual General Meeting: Reflecting on Progress and Challenges

The Belize Family Life Association (BFLA) held its annual general meeting in Belize City on Monday. The meeting served as an opportunity for the association to share progress, updates, and financial reports with their members. The association’s mission is to provide sexual and reproductive health services countrywide to assist communities; and to develop their resource capacity. BFLA’s Executive Director, Joan Burke Skeen, explained the importance of meeting with members and how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the association.

Burke Skeen added that the BFLA has been able to withstand the test of time and spoke about some of the services offered.
