Calls for Resignation: Former Minister Demands Removal of Police Minister and Commissioner

Peyrefitte has called for the resignation of the current Police Minister, Kareem Musa and his CEO, Kevin Arthurs.  Interestingly, he has also called for the resignation of the Police Commissioner; the very same commissioner who was appointed under the Barrow administration.  Peyrefitte told the media that he has no confidence in the Police Commissioner.

Chester Williams took office as the Police Commissioner in January 2019.
